- Content should be timely and related to topics of concern to working families.
- Posts and comments should be less than 300 words long
- Posts and replies should not contain advertising, sponsorships or other commercial information.
- South Bay Labor Council will not publish posts with excessive spelling and grammar errors.
- Blog posts may be edited and approved by Stacey Hendler Ross and/or Ben Field.
- Reply comments may be moderated by Stacey Hendler Ross and/or Ben Field.
- Reply comments must be relevant to the post to which they reply.
- No offensive content (repugnant to the moral sense, good taste, or the like; insulting) will be allowed.
- Obscenity (offensive to morality or decency)and extreme profanity will not be allowed.
- Individual bloggers can be held personally liable for any commentary deemed to be defamatory, obscene (not swear words, but rather the legal definition of "obscene"), or proprietary.
- Copying information from another source is acceptable as long as it is attributed.
- No confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information should be posted.
