Turnout is essential in Laird for Senate campaign

Absentee voting in the 15th District California Senate campaign has already begun with labor champion John Laird needing to overcome an 11,000-vote primary deficit to claim the seat vacated by Republican Abel Maldonado.

Volunteer now in this race that is important to break the legislative gridlock now crippling California's government, schools and economy. Election Day is Tuesday, Aug. 17.

Please sign up today for a phone bank shift from 5-8:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday at the Labor Council, 2102 Almaden Road, Suite 107. Precinct walks are Saturdays 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Labor Council.
